Cracking
(common name: pull explosion; other names; broken buckle, cracked)
Definition: A crack in the plastic part that is locally affected by pressure, external force or environmental influence on the surface or inside of the plastic part.
2. Surface protrusion
Technical term: None (common name: surface protrusion; other names: top height, convex height, drag height)
Definition: The high part of the plastic part is caused by the out-of-mold or the ejector pin and the top plate acting on the surface of the plastic part.
3. Warpage
(common name: deformation; other names: none)
Definition: Partial or overall deformation of a plastic part caused by internal stress.
4. Bubble
(common name: bubble; other: blistering, bubble)
Definition: A bubble-like defect formed in the interior or surface of a plastic part due to residual air or other gases.
5. Weld marks
(common name: water mark; other names: clip line, engraved)
Definition: During the injection molding process, when the two streams meet, the traces of the world surface are not completely fused.
6. Sink marks
(common name: shrinking; other names: none)
Definition: When the plastic parts are cooled and solidified in the cavity, the plastic parts are recessed due to uneven wall thickness, insufficient injection pressure, insufficient cooling time and the like.
7. Air grain

Definition: Due to the injection mold structure, molding process and materials, etc., the flow of material generated on the surface of the plastic part caused by the pressure and flow velocity of the plastic in the cavity.
8. Flower

Definition: Silver-white stripes formed on the surface of plastic parts by low molecular volatiles, moisture and other gases.
9. White stamp

10. Noise points

20. Fish scales
